Among the condiments, mayonnaise is among the simplest to do at home.  This allows you to control the ingredients, and should only take 5 minutes to make at home.

Ingredients

    Base
  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  3. Flavor
  4. 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  5. 1/2 Tbsp Ground Mustard
  6. 1/2 tsp Paprika
  7. 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  8. Fat
  9. 1 3/4 cup Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Put the eggs, lemon juice, and flavorings in a .75L Fido jar
  2. Insert the stick blender
  3. Turn on the stick blender (high) and slowly pour in the avocado oil
  4. Blend until the desired thickness
